Tex. Ins. Code Section 4101.102
Limited License


(a)

If considered necessary by the commissioner, the department may issue a limited license to an applicant in the manner otherwise provided for the issuance of a license under this chapter.

(b)

The license shall specifically limit the kinds of insurance that may be handled by the person.

(c)

The person may not adjust claims in a kind of insurance other than that for which the adjuster is specifically licensed.
