Tex. Ins. Code Section 4101.151
Place of Business

(a)

A licensed adjuster shall maintain a place of business that is:

(1)

located at the place at which the adjuster principally conducts transactions under the license; and

(2)

accessible to the public.

(b)

A licensed adjuster shall promptly notify the commissioner if the adjuster changes the location of the adjuster’s place of business.
