Tex. Ins. Code Section 2207.103
Selection of Temporary Board

At the time a written agreement is executed under Section 2207.101 (Creation of School District Excess Liability Pool), the presidents of the boards of trustees of each school district executing the agreement to create the pool shall select nine individuals to:

(1)

serve as a temporary board; and

(2)

draft the plan of operation for the pool.
