Tex. Human Resources Code Section 137.105
Partnership Program Standards


The executive commissioner shall adopt standards for the partnership programs funded under this subchapter. The standards must be consistent with the Nurse-Family Partnership National Service Office program model standards and guidelines that were developed in multiple, randomized clinical trials and have been tested and replicated in multiple communities.
