Tex. Human Resources Code Section 137.059
Reports to Legislature


(a)

Not later than December 1 of each even-numbered year, the commission shall prepare and submit a report on state-funded prevention and early intervention programs and practices to the standing committees of the senate and house of representatives with jurisdiction over child protective services.

(b)

A report submitted under this section must meet any requirements set by the commission under this subchapter.
