Tex. Human Resources Code Section 117.003
Sunset Provision

Unless the commission is continued in existence as provided by Chapter 325 (Sunset Law), Government Code, after the review required by Section 531.004 (Sunset Provision), Government Code, this chapter expires on the date the commission is abolished under that section.
