Sec. § 534.010
Executive Director


(a)

The board of trustees shall appoint an executive director for the community center.

(b)

The board of trustees shall:

(1)

adopt a written policy governing the powers that may be delegated to the executive director; and

(2)

annually report to each local agency that appoints the members the executive director’s total compensation and benefits.
