Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 146.010
Sanitation Requirements


(a)

The executive commissioner by rule shall establish sanitation requirements for tattoo and body piercing studios and any other necessary requirements relating to the building or part of the building in which a tattoo or body piercing studio is located.

(b)

A person who owns, operates, or maintains a tattoo or body piercing studio shall comply with the rules adopted under this section.
