Tex. Fam. Code Section 101.0161
Judicial Writ of Withholding

“Judicial writ of withholding” means the document issued by the clerk of a court and delivered to an employer directing that earnings be withheld for payment of child support as provided by Chapter 158 (Withholding from Earnings for Child Support).
