Filing Fee
(a)
The filing fee for a candidate for nomination in the general primary election is as follows:(13)

If a fee prescribed by Subsection (a) is declared invalid by a final judgment of a court, the secretary of state shall prescribe a filing fee consistent with the judgment to replace the invalidated fee.
