Sec. § 1001.211
Issuance and Form of License


(a)

The executive director shall issue a license to an applicant for a license under this subchapter if:

(1)

the application is submitted in accordance with this subchapter; and

(2)

the applicant meets the requirements of this chapter.

(b)

A license must be in a form determined by the department and must show in a clear and conspicuous manner:

(1)

the date of issuance, effective date, and term of the license;

(2)

the name and address of the driver training school or course provider;

(3)

the authority for and conditions of approval; and

(4)

any other fair and reasonable representation that is consistent with this chapter and that the department considers necessary.

(c)

An applicant may obtain both a driver education school license and a driving safety school license.
