Sec. § 1001.202
Locations


(a)

A driver education school that teaches a driver education course at one or more branch locations must obtain a separate driver education school license for its main business location and for each branch location. A driver education school may not operate a branch location of a branch location.

(b)

A driving safety school may use multiple classroom locations to teach a driving safety course if each location is approved by the department.
