Tex. Alcoh. Bev. Code Section 32.26
Training Program on Opioid-related Drug Overdose


(a)

Except as provided by Subsection (b), the holder of a private club registration permit and each employee of the permit holder who is required by the permit holder to complete a commission-approved seller training program shall complete the opioid-related drug overdose training program described by Section 5.61 (Training Program on Opioid-related Drug Overdose) each year.

(b)

This section does not apply to the holder of a private club registration permit that is a restaurant as defined by Section 1.04 (Definitions).
