Sec. § 102.03
Persons Barred From Interest in Premises of Retail Liquor Outlet


(a)

This section applies to the holder of a brewers, distillers and rectifiers, winery, wholesalers, class B wholesalers, or wine bottlers permit.

(a)

This section applies to the holder of a distillers and rectifiers, winery, wholesalers, or class B wholesalers permit.

(b)

No holder of a permit named in Subsection (a) of this section may directly or indirectly, or through a subsidiary, affiliate, agent, employee, officer, director, or firm member, own an interest of any kind in the premises where a package store permittee, wine only package store permittee, or mixed beverage permittee conducts his business.
