Tex. Agric. Code Section 78.055
Report to County Clerk


(a)

The chairman of the board shall file a report before September 1 of each year with the county clerk of each county in which the district is located.

(b)

The report must contain:

(1)

a statement of the total amount of money received by the board during the 12 months ending the last June 30;

(2)

an itemized statement of the total amount of money expended by the board during the 12 months ending the last June 30; and

(3)

a statement of the amount of money on hand on the last June 30.
