Tex. Agric. Code Section 12.021
Fee for Phytosanitation Inspection; Issuance of Certificate

The department shall collect an inspection fee, as provided by department rule, for a phytosanitation inspection required by foreign countries or other states for agricultural products, processed products, or equipment exported from this state. The department may issue a phytosanitary certificate on completion of the inspection.
