Tex. Transp. Code Section 202.022
Notice of Sale

Notice of a sale to the general public must be published in the English language:

(1)

once a week for three consecutive weeks, with the final publication occurring not later than the 20th day before the date of the sale; and

(2)

in a newspaper in the county where the property is located.
