Board Resolutions; Voting Requirements


(a)

The district shall act through orders or resolutions adopted by the board.

(b)

All directors are entitled to vote.

(c)

The affirmative vote of a majority of the directors in attendance, but not fewer than five directors, is necessary to adopt an order or resolution.
