Tex. Spec. Dist. Local Laws Code Section 8150.254
Bonds Payable from Revenue from Certain Contracts

The district may issue bonds payable wholly or partly from the revenue of a contract authorized by Section 8150.103 (Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone)(b) to pay for the implementation of the reinvestment zone’s project plan or reinvestment zone financing plan.
