Tex. Spec. Dist. Local Laws Code Section 8150.1025
Municipal Management District Projects and Services

The district may provide, design, construct, acquire, improve, relocate, operate, maintain, or finance an improvement, improvement project, or service using money available to the district, or contract with a governmental or private entity to provide, design, construct, acquire, improve, relocate, operate, maintain, or finance an improvement, improvement project, or service authorized under this chapter or Chapter 375 (Municipal Management Districts in General), Local Government Code.
