Definitions

In this chapter:

(1)

“Board” means the district’s board of directors.

(2)

“Corporation” means a qualified water supply corporation as described by Section 7886.0201 (Qualified Water Supply Corporation).

(3)

“District” means the Sebastian Municipal Utility District.

(4)

“Utility commission” means the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
