Term; Service by Elected Officials


(a)

Each director serves for a term of two years.

(b)

The board by rule or resolution may:

(1)

provide for the appointment of directors of the board in alternating years; and

(2)

determine the number of directors and the manner of deciding which directors shall be appointed in odd-numbered years and which directors shall be appointed in even-numbered years.

(c)

A director who is also an elected official serves for a term coinciding with the term of the elected office.
