Restriction on Political Subdivision Taxation and Debt


(a)

A political subdivision within the district, other than the district, may not impose a tax or issue bonds or other obligations for hospital purposes or to provide medical care for district inhabitants.

(b)

A governmental entity other than the district may not impose a tax or issue bonds or other obligations on property in the district for hospital purposes or to provide medical care for needy district inhabitants.
