Tex. Prop. Code Section 81.106
Apartment Deeds

A deed to an apartment in a condominium regime must:

(1)

include by reference the plats in the declaration;

(2)

state the encumbrances against the apartment;

(3)

describe the apartment according to the plat; and

(4)

state the apartment’s fractional or percentage interest in the condominium regime.
