Tex. Prop. Code Section 81.103
Public Records


(a)

Each county clerk shall maintain suitable records called “Condominium Records” in which the clerk shall record master deeds, master leases, and declarations for condominiums.

(b)

A county clerk shall record plats and other instruments in a declaration without prior approval from any other authority.

(c)

A document required or authorized by this chapter to be recorded must be recorded according to law in the real property records of the county in which the property to which the document relates is located.
