Tex. Prop. Code Section 76.501
Filing of Claim

(a)

A claim for property delivered to the treasurer of the holder under this chapter must be filed with the treasurer of the holder.

(b)

All claims to which this section applies must be filed in accordance with procedures and on forms prescribed by the treasurer of the holder.
