Nonresident Banded Bird Hunting License for Hunting on a Private Bird Hunting Area


(a)

In lieu of a general or nonresident special hunting license, a nonresident may acquire a banded bird hunting license from the department entitling the nonresident to take pen-reared, banded birds from a licensed private bird hunting area only.

(b)

The fee for a nonresident banded bird hunting license is an amount set by the commission.
