Tex. Occ. Code Section 953.153
Contracting Attorney Requirements


A contracting attorney must:

(1)

be licensed in the jurisdiction in which the legal services are performed;

(2)

be in good standing with the entity that licenses attorneys in that jurisdiction; and

(3)

maintain professional liability and errors and omissions insurance with minimum annual limits of $100,000 for each occurrence and $300,000 in the aggregate.
