Tex. Occ. Code Section 702.103
Certificate of Registration Nontransferable; Application by New Owner

(a)

A health spa operator’s certificate of registration is not transferable.

(b)

A person who obtains ownership of a health spa by purchase or other transfer shall file an application for a certificate of registration under Section 702.102 (Application Requirements) not later than the fifth day after the date the person obtains ownership.
