Tex. Occ. Code Section 701.401
Grounds for Disciplinary Action


The commission or executive director shall refuse to renew a license, revoke or suspend a license, place on probation a person whose license has been suspended, or reprimand a license holder for a violation of this chapter, a rule or code of ethics adopted under this chapter, or an order of the commission or executive director.
