Tex. Occ. Code Section 452.058
Meetings; Quorum

(a)

The executive council shall hold at least two regular meetings each year.

(b)

The executive council may hold additional meetings on the request of the presiding officer or on the written request of three members of the executive council.

(c)

A quorum of the executive council exists if both therapist members and one public member are present.
