Tex. Occ. Code Section 451.157
Temporary License


(a)

The department may issue a temporary license to an applicant if the applicant satisfies:

(1)

the requirements of Section 451.153 (Applicant Qualifications); and

(2)

any other requirement established by the commission.

(b)

The commission by rule shall prescribe the time during which a temporary license is valid.
