Tex. Occ. Code Section 258.151
Definitions


In this subchapter:

(1)

“High-risk patient” means a patient who has a level 3 or 4 classification according to the American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification System.

(2)

“Pediatric patient” means a patient younger than 13 years of age.
