Tex. Occ. Code Section 2309.254
Criminal Penalty; Licensing


(a)

A person commits an offense if the person:

(1)

violates the licensing requirements of this chapter;

(2)

deals in used parts without a license required by this chapter; or

(3)

employs an individual who does not hold the appropriate license required by this chapter.

(b)

An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
