Tex. Occ. Code Section 2303.1015
Employee License Required

(a)

A person may not work at a vehicle storage facility unless the person holds:

(1)

a license issued under this chapter;

(2)

an incident management towing operator’s license under Section 2308.153 (Incident Management Towing Operator’s License);

(3)

a private property towing operator’s license under Section 2308.154 (Private Property Towing Operator’s License); or

(4)

a consent towing operator’s license under Section 2308.155 (Consent Towing Operator’s License).

(b)

The commission shall adopt rules governing the application for and issuance of a license under this section.
