Tex. Occ. Code Section 2151.151
Injunction


The district attorney of a county in which an amusement ride is operated or, on request of the commissioner of insurance, the attorney general or an agent of the attorney general, may seek an injunction against a person operating an amusement ride in violation of this chapter or in violation of a rule adopted by the commissioner under Section 2151.1021 (Inspection Requirements for Mobile Amusement Rides) or 2151.105 (Signage Requirements).
