Tex. Occ. Code Section 1104.152
Verification of Licensure or Certification

An appraisal management company registered under this chapter must verify that an individual to whom the company is making an assignment for the completion of an appraisal:

(1)

is licensed or certified under Chapter 1103 (Real Estate Appraisers); and

(2)

has not had a license or certificate as an appraiser denied, revoked, or surrendered in lieu of revocation since the last time the company made an assignment for an appraisal to the appraiser.
