Injunction


(a)

The attorney general or the appropriate health licensing agency may bring an action for an injunction to stop a violation or threatened violation of this chapter.

(b)

The attorney general or health licensing agency may recover reasonable expenses incurred in obtaining an injunction under this section, including court costs, reasonable attorney’s fees, reasonable investigative costs, witness fees, and deposition expenses.
