The Texas Facilities Commission may make additional recommendations regarding the use of the real property. The Texas Facilities Commission and any state agency that owns or controls real property named in the report shall complete a review of the draft report within 60 days of the receipt of the report and forward all recommendations and comments to the commissioner.
