Tex. Labor Code Section 402.002
Administration of System: Office of Injured Employee Counsel

The office of injured employee counsel established under Chapter 404 (Office of Injured Employee Counsel) shall perform the functions regarding the provision of workers’ compensation benefits in this state designated by this subtitle as under the authority of that office.
