Tex. Ins. Code Section 912.701
Hazardous Financial Condition, Supervision, Conservatorship, and Liquidation

Subchapter A, Chapter 404 (Financial Condition), and Chapters 441 (Supervision and Conservatorship) and 443 (Insurer Receivership Act) apply to a county mutual insurance company engaged in the business of insurance in this state.
