Tex. Ins. Code Section 883.052
Articles of Incorporation


Articles of incorporation of a proposed mutual insurance company must specify:

(1)

the name of the company;

(2)

the purpose for which the company is being formed;

(3)

the location of the company’s principal or home office;

(4)

the name and place of residence of each incorporator; and

(5)

the name and address of each member of the initial board of directors.
