Tex. Ins. Code Section 551.108
Insurer Records


(a)

An insurer shall maintain information regarding cancellation or nonrenewal of insurance policies in accordance with the insurer’s ordinary practices for maintaining records of expired policies.

(b)

The insurer shall make the information available to the department on request.
