Persons Authorized to Act Under License

(a)

A reinsurance intermediary license issued to a firm or association authorizes each member of the firm or association and any designated employee to act as a reinsurance intermediary under the license.

(b)

A reinsurance intermediary license issued to a corporation authorizes each officer and any designated employee or director of the corporation to act as a reinsurance intermediary under the license.
