Tex. Ins. Code Section 2151.151
Contents of Plan of Operation; Amendments

(a)

The plan of operation must:

(1)

provide for the efficient, economical, fair, and nondiscriminatory administration of the association; and

(2)

provide a means by which insurance may be provided in accordance with Section 2151.102 (Assignment of Insurance; Eligibility)(a).

(b)

Subject to the commissioner’s approval, the governing committee may amend the plan of operation.
