Tex. Ins. Code Section 1364.003
Prohibition

A group health benefit plan may not exclude or deny coverage for:

(1)

human immunodeficiency virus (HIV);

(2)

acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS); or

(3)

an HIV-related illness.
