Exception for Policies Issued or Granted Under Certain Nonforfeiture Provisions

This subchapter does not apply to a policy issued or granted under a nonforfeiture provision prescribed by Section 1151.058 (Nonforfeiture Benefits and Cash Surrender Values in General).
