Commissioner’s Powers and Duties; Effect of Conflict with Other Law


To the extent a power or duty given to the commissioner of assistive and rehabilitative services by this chapter, or another law relating to services for persons who are deaf or hard of hearing, conflicts with Section 531.0055 (Executive Commissioner: General Responsibility for Health and Human Services System), Government Code, Section 531.0055 (Executive Commissioner: General Responsibility for Health and Human Services System) controls.
