Tex. Human Resources Code Section 122.024
Strategic Plan; Final Operating Plan

The workforce commission shall prepare a strategic plan and a final operating plan relating to the workforce commission’s activities under this chapter as required by Subchapter E (Preparation of State Strategic Plan), Chapter 2054 (Information Resources), Government Code.
