Application of Open Meetings Law, Open Records Law, and Administrative Procedure Law to Advisory Committee

The advisory committee established under Section 122.0057 (Advisory Committee) is subject to the requirements of the open meetings law, Chapter 551 (Open Meetings), Government Code, the open records law, Chapter 552 (Public Information), Government Code, and Chapter 2001 (Administrative Procedure), Government Code.
